What you´ll do
- Embark on a journey as a Bilingual Consumer Relations Coordinator, where you will become part of a dynamic work environment, collaborating with diverse colleagues to enhance overall efficiency, problem-solving, and creativity within the workplace.
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming inquiries to the technical helpline and respond to incoming calls and emails regarding Henkel products.
- Keep detailed records of consumer / customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of products to help customers with recommendations and enhance end user experience.
