Overview 
 Job Summary Details:                                       The Floor Technician is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all floor surfaces in a facility, including hard floors and carpets. This role involves operating floor care equipment, performing routine and deep cleaning, and ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for staff, clients, and visitors.

                            Basic Qualifications:                  •  Must be 18 years of age or older                      
          •  No experience required and on the job training provided                  
          •  No high school diploma, GED or college degree required                  
Preferred Qualifications:                  •  Customer service experience                   
          •  1 year of similar work experience                  
Responsibilities:                                                         - Sweep, mop, scrub, strip, wax, and buff hard surface floors using industrial equipment.
           - Vacuum, shampoo, and extract carpets and rugs.
           - Operate and maintain floor care machines such as buffers, burnishers, auto scrubbers, and extractors.
           - Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
           - Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
           - Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and storage areas.
           - Assist with general housekeeping duties as needed.
           - Follow facility policies and procedures, including infection control and sanitation standards.
