Join the Evisort AI team at Workday, which powers Document Intelligence AI and Workday’s CLM and Contract Intelligence offerings. Powering Workday’s CLM and Contract Intelligence Offerings. Our mission is to change the way business deals get done.
We build ground breaking AI technology that can read and understand contract language to make every part of the deal-making process from drafting, negotiating, reviewing, approving, or managing the contracts happen faster, better, with reduced risks. About the Role
Collaborate closely with our agile, multi-functional engineering team to build a robust, enterprise-grade SaaS contract management platform.
Drive the quality assurance process by implementing comprehensive automated functional and regression testing, ensuring our platform consistently meets the highest quality standards.
Enhance platform scalability by implementing effective performance and load testing strategies.
Partner with software developers and product managers to define features and establish criteria for verifying correct implementation, fostering a quality-first attitude throughout the development cycle.
Apply your expertise in test automation to design, develop, and maintain efficient test automation frameworks that support continuous delivery and integration.
About You
Basic Qualifications: Sr. Associate
3+ years of experience in quality engineering with a strong focus on test automation.
Proficiency in modern automation tools and technologies; experience with Playwright is a significant plus
Experience in testing Python and React applications, showcasing a quality engineering attitude
Basic Qualifications: Mid level
5+ years of experience in quality engineering with a strong focus on test automation.
Proficiency in modern automation tools and technologies; experience with Playwright is a significant plus
Experience in testing Python and React applications, showcasing a quality engineering attitude
Other Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability in Algorithmic Thinking, including sorting, searching, and fundamental data structures (e.g., arrays, lists), to design efficient test automation scripts and solutions.
Basic experience with Automated Testing, including Selenium, Cypress and/or Playwright, and the ability to write and debug automated tests.
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how automated testing integrates within GitHub / GitLab Actions.
Familiarity with one or more Programming Languages such as JavaScript, Typescript and/or Python relevant to test automation development.
Basic understanding of Software Development principles and the software development lifecycle.
Basic experience with Source Control Management (SCM) tools such as Git.
Proven ability in Team Collaboration within a software development and testing team.
Basic understanding of Test Automation Framework concepts and different framework types.
Basic understanding of Test Design principles and the ability to create test cases.
Awareness of Test Documentation standards and the ability to contribute to test plans, test cases and traceability matrices.
Basic understanding of Test Management tools and concepts for tracking test execution, linking tests to requirements, and managing defects.
Basic understanding of various Testing Strategies and their application in automation.
Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
