KPMG is working through its partnership with MBO Partners and is currently seeking a remote contractor in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment including projectors, displays, speakers, microphones, video conferencing systems, and control panels.
- Monitor and maintain digital signage systems across multiple floors.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on AV systems.
- Provide technical support for corporate events, town halls, and live broadcasts.
- Operate video switchers, audio mixers, lighting controls, and streaming platforms in production control rooms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Respond to AV-related service requests and incidents promptly.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across AV systems.
- Provide on-site support for executive meetings and high-profile events
- Maintain accurate records of AV setups, configurations, and maintenance logs.
- Track inventory of AV equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
- Work closely with IT, Facilities, and Communications teams to support integrated technologies.
- Train end-users on AV system usage and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Audio Engineering, IT, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate AV support or live event production.
- Proficiency with AV technologies such as Crestron, Extron, QSC, Dante, Zoom Rooms, and digital signage platforms.
- Strong understanding of signal flow, networking basics, and AV over IP.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and move equipment and work flexible hours as needed.
Preferred Certifications:
- CTS (Certified Technology Specialist)
- Crestron or Extron programming certifications
- Dante Level 1 or higher
