Job Description:
Overall purpose of job:
Taking responsibility for repairing and testing of DePuy and Ethicon Endo-Surgery products.
Working with Synthes Switzerland and other J&J companies for all repairs related work requirement.
Using MD S&R to manage repair activity.
Taking responsibilities for mentoring and training new hire.
Performing on site commissioning (installation) and maintenance of medical devices.
Up to 25% of international travel may be required.
You might be required to work on weekend.
Tracking warranties of instruments.
Performing on-site or over the phone Customer Support.
Managing Service Logistics (inwards and outwards repairs)
Ability to perform under time constrain requirements
Quickly adapt and learn new technologies and train the repair center team
Follow J&J as well as best practice processes to offer fast as well as high quality repair to the region
Key responsibilities:
Timely service and repair of product from affiliates.
Managing the end-to-end tools and IM&TE from setup in SAP to calibration management.
Managing work orders, quotations, and Invoicing of service.
Managing Repair Centre Upkeep, Housekeeping & Cleanliness.
Managing spare parts inventory planning, ordering, and receiving.
