Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Coordinate internal controls activities and compliance to governance rules and regulations, and internal policies and procedures
* Lead self-testing process for both Sarbanes – Oxley (SOX) ACT requirements and corporate risk management
* Coordinate IAAS audit issue certification process through closely follow up and effective communications
* Proactively advocate compliance at facility to continuously enhance compliance culture
* Collaborate with compliance expertise to provide regular trainings to facility personnel and leadership related to internal controls
* Develop an expanded understanding of Caterpillar’s business and accounting practices, systems and procedures
* Interacts with multiple functional areas and levels of authority for issue resolving
