Job Summary Details: We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. This full-time, non-exempt hourly position is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks across multiple trades, including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs. The role reports to the Facilities Supervisor.
Pay: $30.00 to $35.00

Key Responsibilities
· Evaluate, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
· Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise
· Communicate with the facilities supervisor and property management regarding tasks requiring external support
· Safely operate tools and equipment needed to complete repairs and projects
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment
· Support access control systems and other general facility needs
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Facilities Supervisor
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance
· Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
· Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., climb ladders, and work at heights
