About your role:

As an Application Support Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of critical business applications. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing guidance to end-users, and collaborating with various teams to improve application performance and reliability.
What you will do:
- Provide expert-level support for business applications, ensuring maximum uptime and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, collaborating with development teams as needed
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
- Document support activities, maintain detailed logs, and develop user guides

What you will need to have:
- 6+ years of experience in application support
- 3+ years of experience in SQL databases
- 6+ years in Windows / .Net application experience
- 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- 6+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
What would be great to have:
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
- Experience with automation and scripting languages
