Job Description Summary
Dynamic and innovative leader to bridge the Digital Logistics and Sustainment capability development across all internal sustainment contracts within our defense sustainment organization (DES). This role is critical to improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, avoiding costs, growing revenue, and protecting revenue. The ideal candidate will be a change agent who challenges traditional ways of thinking and leverages digital solutions to deliver measurable improvements across the organization.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital technology solutions to optimize internal processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Assess and modernize existing sustainment contracts using advanced digital logistics and sustainment capabilities to improve contract margins and meet incentive metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital technology and materials organizations, to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives.
- Lead projects by creating roadmaps, action plans, and ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
- Own the installation and implementation of digital projects, measuring their effectiveness and overall impact.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Act as a change agent, challenging the status quo and driving innovation across the organization.
- Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicate difficult concepts and influence others' options on particular topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view.

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of defense sustainment operations, long-term service agreements, and materials organization execution.
- Strong understanding of forecasting and proposal modeling.
- Proven ability to lead projects, develop roadmaps, and execute action plans.
- Data-driven mindset with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively across a matrixed organization.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
