We are seeking a Salesforce professional with strong expertise in declarative configuration to design and optimize CRM solutions that drive business efficiency. The ideal candidate will leverage Salesforce’s native tools and features—without heavy reliance on custom code—to streamline workflows, automate processes, and enhance user adoption across the organization.
Configure and customize Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Page Layouts.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating them into scalable declarative solutions.
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
Manage user setup, permissions, and profiles while maintaining data integrity and security.
Identify opportunities to replace code-based solutions with declarative functionality where possible.
Oversee system integrations, data imports, and regular audits to ensure platform reliability.
Support new feature rollouts and Salesforce release updates, ensuring optimal use of declarative capabilities.
Provide training, support, and documentation to end users.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
5-8 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Functional Consultant, or similar role.
Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative tools and best practices for no-code/low-code development.
Familiarity with Salesforce architecture, data model, and security settings.
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder preferred.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Lightning App Builder and Record-Triggered Flows.
Ability to distinguish between declarative and programmatic solutions and apply the appropriate approach.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Knowledge of AppExchange products and integrations.
