KPMG is working through its partnership with MBO Partners and is currently seeking a remote contractor in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the integrity of our non-employee workforce data and driving process improvements to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Support our contingent workforce management strategy; Maintain accurate headcount and census data for the non-employee population, including monitoring worker end dates and validating listings.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure timely and accurate tracking of contingent worker data, with a focus on automation.
- Build relationships with engagement teams, HR teams, and the CW Reporting function to produce accurate reports. Other responsibilities may be assigned

Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years in human resources administration or contingent workforce shaping and reporting, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Proven ability to manage projects and make decisions that impact the organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLookUp, VLookUp, Macros etc.)
- Working experience with Beeline, ServiceNow and PeopleSoft preferred
