What you´ll do
- Defines and manages Scents, Actives & Dyes and Enzymes & Naturals supplier portfolio.
- Selects suppliers and establishes strategic supplier relationships where appropriate and manages them accordingly.
- Lead regional strategy development for assigned spend.
- Implements year over year cost reduction, increased payment terms and optimizes price development in line with global targets
- Assure Scope 3 Carbon reduction targets are met by 2030 along with other sustainability KPIs (100% RSPO Sourced Palm, Supplier Ecovadis compliance etc.)
- Supports full delegation of back-office jobs to Shared Service Center and develops best practices for e-sourcing with sustainable results.
- Is responsible for periodical progress measurement, accuracy of information and data, in-time delivery, audit conform documentation.
- Proactively steers the agreement portfolio.
