Sr. IT Analyst – Technical Infrastructure
Role Definition:
The candidate will lead Network and Infrastructure protection activities For Caterpillar’s on-prem, Data Center, and Cloud Environments. Candidate will provide subject matter expertise and advisory services to grow and secure our service offerings
to meet the requirements of our customers. Additionally, the candidate will support Interface with various Cybersecurity and Operations teams.
What You Will Do:
Responsible for Network Access Control Governance Activities utilizing cisco
ISE.
Responsible for delivery of various network improvement and risk reduction
initiatives including Network Segmentation, application protection, and hardware
refresh initiatives.
Responsible for ownership of Caterpillar’s proxy policy.
Responsible for all documentation of processes related to internal team process,
network data flows and application posture.
Responsible for all documentation of processes related to customer use of the
Application.
Drives execution of all technical work and corresponding coordination of Level I
analysts associated with the application/service offering including process
documentation.
Serves as the primary technical analyst for NAC Governance, Application
Protection, and Proxy Policy.
Provides daily operational support and maintenance for one or more products
needed to deliver the team’s service offerings.
Interfaces with internal process partners and vendor support staff to resolve
technical issues attributed to products supported by the team.
Perform testing during related change and new process deployment processes
and QA prior to production deployment.
What You Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Security Engineering/Architecture, Computer
Science, or equivalent experience.
Strong skillset Network Design, Web Application and API protection, CISCO ISE,
Proxy Policy, and/or Firewall policy deployment.
Good Knowledge of Cyber Security and Secure Networking best practice.
Top Candidates Will Have:
One or more professional certification(s) from an accredited institution (CISSP, CCSP, GISA, SECURITY +)
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Working knowledge of Caterpillar Cyber Security Policies and Directives.
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, as well as written/verbal communication skills.
Previous Network Architect experience

You must be willing to work 5 days ONSITE.

Summary Pay Range:
$110,520.00 - $179,640.00
