The Role:
- Responsible for GPW (Gross Premium Written) portfolio volume growth and other KPI (Key Performance Indicator) metrics for covered Energy & Transportation (E&T) industries and Cat dealer territories.
What you will do:
- Advising Cat dealers and E&T customers on ESC (Extended Service Coverage) programs and risk management products to fit customer’s needs.
- Assisting with ESC quotes and proposals based on evaluation of client coverage needs, initiating renewals for existing clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and dealers and resolving inquiries to achieve high satisfaction survey scores.
- Participating and presenting at dealer and industry meetings and conferences, conducting training seminars.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Knowledge of collaborative techniques and approaches; ability to promote a culture of continuous improvement and working together across functions to solve business problems and meet business goals.
- Cross-Selling: Knowledge of organizational strategies, tools and techniques for understanding the needs of customers; ability to utilize these to create additional sales.
- Understanding Customer Needs: Knowledge of customer needs analysis principles, processes and skills; ability to recognize and be sensitive to the different perspectives and priorities of different customers

- Industry Experience: Proven background in the energy and transport sectors, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in a sales environment, with the ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals.
- Caterpillar Network Knowledge: Familiarity with the Caterpillar dealership network and business unit support functions, enabling seamless collaboration and strategic alignment.
- Proactive Self-Starter Mentality: Demonstrates a forward-thinking, self-motivated approach to identifying and owning growth opportunities across the territory.
- Commercial Mindset: Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically, manage resources effectively, and deliver results.

Job Title: ESC Territory Manager
Salary: £64,663.00 - £84,062.00 (Depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent.
Hours: In office Monday - Friday, full time 37.5 hours.
