What does a successful Implementation Manager at Fiserv do?
You will be responsible for driving moderately complex projects and/or components/phases of larger, more complex projects. Accountable for delivering medium to large projects on time, within budget, and within scope. You will lead and coordinate cross-functional, cross-departmental, cross-company teams that are responsible for all aspects of a project, from initiation to closure. You will exemplify strong initiative and management skills. Insure project methodologies, project delivery processes, and implementation management processes are followed. This includes managing and driving:
Project Schedule
Risk and Issue Management
Scope Change Management
Manage the project budget, which includes understanding and validating estimates, cost variance tracking, and managing project resources effectively.
What you will do:
Being responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project. May communicate with a Senior Project Manager, Functional Area Manager, or Program Manager regarding status of specific projects.
What you need to have:
High School graduate/GED
3-5 years progressive project management experience, including medium to large scale projects.
3-5 years Merchant acquiring experience
What is nice to have:
Bachelors' degree
PMP certification
Familiar with Omaha and North core processing systems
Experience in Microsoft Project and/or Microsoft Project Server
Prior experience conducting presentations
Proven success in delivering projects within budget and specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Familiar with contractual agreements
