What you will do
We are seeking an Engineering Specialist Automation to develop and improve our manufacturing and automation modules, focusing on the PLC, robots and SCADA systems. In this role you will have a broad contact network, both internally and externally, working with integrators and various engineers, technicians and operators to develop an install the next generation of automation modules.
The role involves some business travel to different SWEP sites, but the main tasks will be at the factory of Landskrona where you will be located. You will be reporting to Engineering Director.
Key Responsibilities
For SWEP development and investment projects:
- Design and program PLC systems for SWEP development projects
- Design and develop HMI/SCADA interfaces
- Take part in the ideation phase and work closely with internal and external Engineers to deliver complete automation modules
- Prepare technical documentation and give input for requirement specifications and technical specifications
- Participate in project commissioning, training and handovers
For SWEP support and development of existing installations:
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing manufacturing and automation modules
- Train and support local maintenance and engineering resources
Your background
You have a relevant Engineering education with content of programming and at least 5 years of experience in PLC, robots and SCADA programming within the manufacturing industry.

You are also fluent in English and Swedish, both verbal and in writing.
