We are experiencing growth and we are looking for a Senior Reliability Engineer in Grand Prairie, TX.
You will be the Senior Reliability Engineer for the Reliability & Test Engineering team in Grand Prairie, TX. Our team ensures that production hardware meets strict design and contract reliability requirements by developing, coordinating, and executing technical reliability analyses, growth programs, and failure investigations
What You Will Be Doing
As the Senior Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for driving reliability throughout the product lifecycle—from concept screening and design reviews to test execution and post production analysis. You will work closely with cross functional engineers, provide technical input to boards, and translate reliability data into actionable improvements.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analyses (FMECA) and generating reliability block diagrams and predictions.
• Developing and managing reliability growth plans and performing reliability growth analysis to meet program contracts.
• Supporting design reviews, test activities, and configuration control processes (ECP, CSB, CCB).
• Participating in Corrective Action Boards (CAB) and Failure Review Boards (FRB) to drive root cause resolution.
• Analyzing FRACAS trends, prioritizing failure modes, and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Building mathematical models to identify high risk units, batches, or processes and proposing design or formulation changes.
• Recommending statistical process control procedures and test methods to achieve required reliability levels.
• Compiling performance reports, process control statistics, and detailed reliability documentation.
• Collaborating daily with engineers and stakeholders, providing clear analytical input and written reports.
• Traveling occasionally to support field sites, test facilities, or customer meetings as needed.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be a US citizen and able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Must have or be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Experience with performing reliability predictions and analyses.
• Experience with reliability FRACAS and statistical data mining.
• Experience with the FMECA process.
• Ability to manage subcontractors in the Reliability field of expertise.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships.
• Additionally, candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, technical writing experience, and an ability to perform oral presentations in front of large groups.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited college with 3 years of professional experience.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
