The Assistant Marketing Manager at Lowe’s Pro Supply supports strategic merchandising initiatives by aligning marketing efforts with product assortment, promotions, and customer engagement goals. In this role you will support the Marketing Manager with POD-aligned initiatives that drive engagement, acquisition, and retention among Pro Customers.
Key Responsibilities
Merchandising Strategy Support: Assist in developing and executing merchandising strategies that drive sales and meet customer needs.
Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, digital, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency and effective promotional execution.
Product Assortment & Inventory: Analyze sales data to inform product selection, inventory levels, and in-stock positioning for seasonal and promotional spikes.
Vendor Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to support merchandising goals and promotional activities.
Store Experience Optimization: Ensure in-store displays are visually appealing, well-stocked, and aligned with brand standards.
Performance Monitoring: Track merchandising campaign performance and provide insights to improve future initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, merchandising, business administration, or equivalent experience
3–5 years in merchandising or marketing, preferably in B2B , or MRO environments
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and managing vendor relationships
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms
Familiarity with retail operations and customer behavior insights
