We are seeking a detail-oriented Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership. This role involves creating reports and partnering with our data partners in building dashboards and communicating findings to help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Core Responsibilities
Analysis & Interpretation
- Perform comprehensive data analysis (Exploratory, Trend, and Statistical) to understand datasets, identify significant patterns, and apply rigorous methods to test hypotheses and quantify relationships.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis to investigate data anomalies or changes in KPIs and determine the underlying reason ("why") for business outcomes.
Reporting & Visualization
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (like Tableau or Power BI) to track key metrics and generate regular or ad-hoc summaries of findings.
- Translate complex data findings into easy-to-understand visualizations, charts, and graphs to effectively tell a visual story for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Communication & Collaboration
- Clearly present data-driven insights and observations to stakeholders and leadership, translating them into actionable recommendations that support strategic business goals.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to define data requirements, and work with engineering/business groups to establish and maintain data quality and governance standards.
- Implements deployment readiness program for regional rollouts, including communications, UAT and training support for call centers.
- Defines quality gates to ensure market readiness is in line with deployment milestones.
- Develops and defines methods and procedures for end user to address deploying technology and operational process changes.
- Reviews and updates Training Strategy to meet region specific needs.
- Defines a training plan to ensure business continuity.
- Reviews UAT testing strategy and updates to meet regional differences.
- Supports UAT readiness through the management of the market Readiness checklist. Creates UAT test plan, test cases and scripts.
- Manages testing environment requests to include test accounts and required test data. Provides centralized defect management for on-site UAT and live trials, maintains the defect and issues log and conducts daily defect reviews.
- Prepares and communicates daily testing status and defect reports. Manages daily testing status and defect tracking.
- Initiates metrics baseline and ongoing collection process in region. Escalates project issues and risks as appropriate.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Salary:
Pay Range: This job can be performed in Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, and Minnesota with a Pay Range of $96,744.00 - $159,627.60
