About your role:
As a Regional Sales Coordinator, you will provide insightful and effective learning experience for Fiserv’s sales organizations. Review information, react appropriately, and respond quickly to support the sales and management teams.
You will be trained on all systems and processes relevant to boarding and servicing new accounts and are expected to grow and maintain relationships with groups critical to the life cycle of a new merchant account up to an including, Credit and Risk, Leasing, Boarding Operational Support, Product, Finance and Training.
What you’ll do:
- Review Sales data, boarding input, and other relevant information to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- React promptly and appropriately to support requests from the sales and management teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with all stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved in the merchant account lifecycle.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and coordination in all Sales stages (Prospecting, Discovery & solutioning, pricing and proposal, boarding, activation, and post activation) Prepare and distribute relevant sales reports and presentations. Support the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between Business Consultants and other internal departments.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams. Develop a comprehensive understanding of various business functions and operations.
Experience you’ll need to have:
- High school graduate/GED
- 2 years’ experience working in either customer service, sales support, or administration functions.
- Ability to work the hours of 9:30am - 6:00pm
Experience that would be great to have:
- Prior experience working in the financial services industry
- Prior technical experience
