Description:Compiles records concerned with quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued. Requisitions needed supplies; verifies material received to determine irregularities in order; inspects articles and rejects defective ones. Prepares inventory records and reports and investigates discrepancies in stock counts.
Works with minimal supervision, often without established procedures. Provides leadership, mentoring, and may assign work to others, including lower-level employees.
Performs nonstandard and complex tasks using advanced techniques and in-depth discipline knowledge. Analyzes requirements for special projects, recommends methods and processes, conducts research, and assists in investigational studies. Supports the design and development of new or modified equipment, methods, or systems for enhanced performance. Evaluates and resolves calibration and troubleshooting issues.
Basic Qualifications:• Experience with inventory management for material and assemblies.
• Ability to review inventory transaction errors and process corrective documentation.
• Ability to coordinate and process periodic cycle count of floor stocks.
•Support shop floor production by loading, unloading, storing, issuing, and delivering materials, tools, parts, and equipment while maintaining production and cost control.
•Collect required materials, tools, and blueprints from stores and coordinate work order transfers to the appropriate work area.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
