THE WORKWe’re looking for a motivated communications professional to support speech writing and executive engagements for the RMS President. Valuing diverse perspectives, ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines are a must.
This position offers remote flexibility, with a preference for candidates located in the Eastern United States.

WHO YOU AREThe successful candidate will be insatiably curious and a very strong writer who can quickly learn the RMS President’s voice; work effectively across functions, lines of business and business areas to collect disparate information to customize stories for different audiences; and must be a savvy researcher when projects require a quick turnaround. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of handling ambiguity effectively, thinking on their feet and behaving proactively rather than waiting for explicit instructions.
Writing samples (2-3) will be required of candidates who are selected for an interview.
WHY JOIN USJoin a high‑visibility team where you’ll shape the President’s voice, craft inspiring messages that drive the RMS workforce and external audiences, and collaborate across the enterprise to translate complex ideas into compelling stories.
