The
CIB Innovation team, aligned within the CIB Chief Operating Office
, is seeking an experienced
Responsible AI Lead to join its team. This role will report into Head of CIB Innovation Business Management and Strategic Initiatives, working closely with enterprise GenAI Product teams, CIB tech and key stakeholders.
In this role, you will:- Manage the CIB GenAI Council pipeline, process, prioritization, canvas, business case, working with enterprise GenAI partners and across CIB
- Lead on point for enterprise GenAI/ AI teams, represent CIB on governance forums
- Support the CIB Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Control council for review of key AI updates
- Understand the GenAI market evolution and latest models and use cases being deployed in CIB markets
- Act as key advisor to the head of innovation and CIB opco on responsible AI and managing risk associated, in partnership with Controls, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Sourcing, functional leads in CIB and Enterprise
- Provide thought leadership and updates to senior stakeholders
- Extensive experience in similar CIB- large Corporate Banking + IB + Markets, able to work across complex and many stakeholders
- Represent CIB in external and regulatory meetings for AI/GenAI related matters
- Partner with technology and enterprise partners on how we manage ethical AI standards (e.g., Bias) in our delivery teams
- Work across CIB to ensure the proper rollout of new AI policies, regulations, and processes to ensure compliance in our businesses
Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Industry experience in AI/GenAI from idea generation to implementation
- Experience implementing AI/GenAI solutions in Corporate Investment Banking, understanding of business use cases and applicable solutions
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively across large, complex organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability and partnership building are critical
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of latest trends in AI/GenAI and building proof of concept using new solutions

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$139,000.00 - $260,000.00
