As a Customer Success Representative (CSR) at Radancy, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that delivers world-class recruitment marketing and employer branding solutions. You’ll support the Customer Success and Media teams in executing campaigns, managing internal processes, and ensuring client satisfaction through smooth coordination, quality deliverables, and proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Success team in day-to-day client operations, ensuring timely updates and accurate tracking of deliverables.
- Manage Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports, timelines, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with media vendors and internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Analytics, Finance) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Assist in campaign trafficking, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring performance KPIs are met.
- Maintain project management tools (Workfront, trackers, status sheets) to ensure visibility across teams.
- Identify potential delivery gaps, flag risks early, and propose effective solutions.
- Contribute to post-campaign insights, presentations, and performance summaries.
- Uphold strong internal quality control standards and represent Radancy’s customer-first approach.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1+ year of experience in a client-facing or customer success role in digital media, marketing, or advertising.
- Working understanding of digital marketing channels (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Programmatic, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with project management or CRM tools preferred.
- A fast learner with problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.
- Exposure to SaaS products or media/marketing technology platforms is an advantage.
