About the Role:

As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

Engineering and Technical Services job functions are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance.

What You’ll Do:

Perform ongoing preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
Assist with the installation and modification of buildings.
Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety laws.
Use existing procedures to remedy problems. Speak in a clear, concise manner.
Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.
Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and mentorship.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $55,000 annually [$26.44 hourly] and the maximum salary for the position is $57,200 annually [or $27.5 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
