About this Position

What you´ll do

You will advise the Marketing Teams for Hair & Body Categories brands (e.g. Schwarzkopf, Fa) on all consumer-related issues
You will support your stakeholders in diving into all the exciting insights about consumers, categories, and brands and supporting them in making short to mid term plans for their respective categories, helping to grow our brands, launching new products, developing communications, setting prices, and figuring out the best assortment strategy
You will be responsible for all market research studies in these categories, so you'll be managing them from the very start to the end with the institutes and translate the figures and findings into actionable business recommendations
You will develop the in-depth consumer and category knowledge of these categories and support your brand strategy and brand activation teams with your knowledge
You will be responsible for a cluster of CMI research methodologies, developing and maintaining methodological standards for these methods.
You'll make sure that Henkel always uses first-class and up-to-date methods by knowing the market, evaluating new developments, and optimizing existing methods
You will initiate meta-analyses of these methods across all studies in Henkel Consumer Brands and train marketing teams to better understand the context, submit improved test material and thereby develop consumer-relevant innovations
