Job Summary:
Lead a team to provide GEP enhancement validation, Internal/external trainings and Address the Grief.
Lead the team to support on Global reediness
Provide PROcure L3 support-Sourcing and Projects
PROcure Enhancement validation
Sourcing and Supplier – ERP Grief management, ERP integration, training for sourcing
People skill improvement
User Experience improvement
Data-driven Decision Making: The ability to gather and analyze data to make organizational decisions that align with strategic business objectives and goals
Analytical Thinking: The ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
Effective Communications: The ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Procurement: Knowledge of buying and procurement; ability to work with organizational strategies and practices, and use tools for buying goods, supplies, equipment and services needed to conduct business.
This position requires working onsite five days a week.
Relocation is available for this position.
