Role Definition
Leads the development and execution of Large Electric Power Solutions’ (LEPS) Engineering and Technical Sales processes and programs, collaborating within LEPS, across the Electric Power Division and other CAT divisions, and with CAT dealers.
What You Will Do
Leads critical Solutions Engineering and Technical Sales initiatives to enable the achievement of our 2030 Strategy.
Major focus area will include executing modular solutions design programs to support extensive global scaling for Diesel and Gas generator packages.
Manages metrics, dashboards and leads the development of necessary processes and tools to monitor and drive performance.
Plans and directs programs and projects viewed as critical to department and the enterprise.
Plans and monitors program development to ensure quality standards and goals are achieved.

Summary Pay Range:
$144,960.00 - $217,320.00
