Pay: $25.00 Hourly Rate

experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications: • Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience
Responsibilities: - Clear and maintain outdoor areas, including walkways, driveways, and building entrances.
- Operate snow removal equipment such as shovels, snow blowers, and plows safely and efficiently.
- Apply de-icing materials (salt, sand, etc.) to prevent slippery surfaces and ensure pedestrian safety.
- Follow established procedures for equipment use and chemical application to avoid damage to property.
- Notify the supervisor of any hazards, equipment issues, or areas requiring additional attention.
- Maintain effective communication and teamwork with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.
- Comply with all safety, security, and quality standards set by the company and regulatory authorities.
- Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping walks, raking leaves, and clearing debris when snow removal is not required.
- Assist with moving outdoor furniture or equipment as needed for snow clearing.
- Ensure work areas are clean and organized after snow removal operations.
