Job Summary Details: ABM is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented
Lavatory and Potable Water Dispatcher to join our operations team at
George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). This position is responsible for coordinating lavatory and potable water services to ensure on-time aircraft departures. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, remains calm under pressure, and consistently meets tight operational deadlines.
Schedule: Full-time, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Pay: $16.00 per hour, paid weekly The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
• Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience (aviation or similar operations preferred)
• Prior experience in airline operations or ground handling is highly preferred
Responsibilities: - Utilize computers and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) with proficiency.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality to support aircraft schedules and ensure on-time performance.
- Operate radio communication equipment confidently and deliver clear, concise instructions to team members.
