• Operational Support: Create the structure and processes to provide 24/7 operational support for connectivity and voice infrastructure across all locations.
• Cost Optimization: Balance innovation with cost-efficiency, ensuring that network solutions are financially sustainable and aligned with budgetary constraints.
• Proactive Monitoring: Develop and implement proactive monitoring strategies to ensure network performance, reliability, and security.
• Resiliency Planning: Implement strategies to ensure network resiliency, including redundancy, failover mechanisms, and disaster recovery plans.
• Connectivity Technologies: Utilize a combination of satellite, microwave, cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRaWAN, SD-WAN, and other innovative technologies to enhance connectivity in remote locations, ensuring robust and reliable communication channels.
