What you´ll do
- Establish and grow brands, responsible for (strive for segment leadership) in CEE markets in close co-operation with regional GM, Marketing and Education departments
- Lead and guarantee effective and efficient business cooperation with CEE distributors to:
- - Achieve KP/IP targets for each single country and brand (turnover)
- - Ensure the implementation of the local marketing, sales and service strategies (in accordance with overall company targets)
- - Build equity and consumer value of Henkel brands based on agreed strategies
- - Actively develop proposals (e.g. processes and promotion ideas) to improve the business based on customer and market insights
