As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will spearhead the design of cutting-edge solutions that drive sustainability and innovation. What you will do:
Utilize tools and different engineering software to develop clear and concise technical content with minimal guidance.
Execute test plans that address design risks and validation requirements for product and component designs. Define, identify and complete appropriate qualification testing activities.
Evaluate and verify the work completed by junior engineers and team members.
Lead the development of groundbreaking ideas and drive initiatives to improve overall business outcomes.
Mentor others in creative processes and foster a culture of innovation within the team, consistently pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
Plan and manage diverse engineering and/or technical projects. Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel and equipment, and track project milestones through detailed progress reports and team meetings.
Proactively tackle complex issues using engineering judgement, analysis, and innovation to ultimately identify and solve problems. Systematically evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of different approaches, making well-informed decisions.
Uses feedback and guidance from subject matter experts, suppliers, and educational sources to enhance design and requirements.
