Overview
The Workplace Reporting & Planning Specialist is a key member of the Workplace Planning team, responsible for maintaining data integrity, surfacing key insights, and translating complex information into clear, actionable narratives. You’ll manage and enhance the tools and systems that track headcount, utilization, and space data – ensuring leadership has the accurate information needed for planning and forecasting. Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Data Management:
- Maintain and enhance workplace dashboards and reporting tools to ensure real-time accuracy and consistency
- Support workplace reporting needs such as:
- Executive summaries and quarterly space supply/demand forecasting in partnership with financial planning and business teams
- Ad-hoc reporting to track space utilization, presence trends, team growth, and booking patterns
- Partner with Finance, HR, and Real Estate to align headcount and space data with planning and budget cycles
- Translate key data points into concise, visual insights that inform leadership decisions and drive workplace strategy
Planning Support & Collaboration:
- Develop and automate reports that streamline recurring planning workflows and improve visibility across teams
- Surface data trends and opportunities that support efficient, scalable space and workplace solutions
- Conduct in-depth research to inform scenario planning, restacking, and programming efforts, providing key insights and strategic recommendations.
Relationship & Project Management
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the client's internal Corporate Real Estate team and Line of Business partners, by providing timely, accurate, and insightful reports.
- Manage incoming data requests and reporting tasks, ensuring timely completion and a high level of data integrity.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to deliver a modern workplace program. You will be a key part of the team's ability to plan and execute projects.
Qualifications
- Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical and data management skills
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization) and familiarity with CAFM or reporting platforms
- Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear takeaways that support business and workplace decisions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with an interest in automation, process improvement, and optimizing workplace data systems
- Bachelor’s degree required. Ideally in Architecture, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with corporate real estate, architecture, and/or workplace design industries
Pay: $100,000 - $118,000 DOE
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
