As an Account Manager at Fiserv, you will have enterprise-wide responsibility for ensuring the quality delivery and maintenance support of all products and services to assigned clients. You will manage and develop operational relationships, driving client satisfaction with service delivery. Your role as the primary contact for client operational issues will impact client satisfaction, revenue growth, and new client potential based on positive references.
What you will do:
- Ensure timely and accurate implementation of client projects.
- Enhance client relationships and retention.
- Meet or exceed targeted goals of client satisfaction.
- Proactively prevent and resolve enterprise problems.
- Collaborate with the Relationship Manager in Account Planning
- Develop and manage operational and technical relationships with clients.
- Function as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and escalation.
- Drive client satisfaction through feedback and performance improvements.
What you will need to have:
- Five or more years of experience in banking/financial technology
- Five or more years of experience in the banking industry
- Three or more years of customer service experience
- Strong PC skills, especially with MS Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% as required
