Description:You will be the Manufacturing Engineer for the Production Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for driving process excellence in Grand Prairie machining operations.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for developing, improving, and investigating manufacturing processes to eliminate defects and meet production goals.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Design and implement process development and improvement initiatives.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis and corrective‑action investigations for defects.
- Support a range of equipment and machining processes.
- Interface with program and functional stakeholders to drive production targets.
- Document work instructions and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Basic Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology or similar field
-Experience reducing defects and increasing productivity/throughput
-Proven track record of data driven approach to solving problems.
-Machining experience
Desired Skills:Experience with root cause and corrective action investigations
Ability to work as part of a team to reach objectives
NX / Creo / Windchill / SAP experience
Strong communication skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
