What you will do:
We are looking for a talented and skillful Painter to join our Trane Paint Team.
As a painter, you are responsible for applying paint to the outer structure of Trane units to make it look more vibrant and attractive. You should have complete knowledge of spray guns and tools used in the painting.
You should have a keen eye for detail. You should check surfaces prior to painting to ensure your paint job will be flawless. You should be able to provide the best results under all circumstances.

- Operate1k, or 3ks paint equipment
- Surface Preparation: Your expertise in surface preparation is crucial for achieving flawless paint jobs. You will be responsible for cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces if needed, ensuring they are smooth and ready for painting. By meticulously preparing the smooth surface, you will lay the foundation for impeccable paint application.
- Equipment Proficiency: As a Trane Painter, you will be proficient in using 1k, and 3KS paint mixing system and other paint-related tools. Your familiarity with these tools and equipment will enable you to carry out your tasks effectively and efficiently, ensuring precise paint application and a professional finish.
- Ensure the paint, catalyst, solvent, paint gun, and water are ready on system.
- Paint Defect Repair: In addition to paint application, you will be responsible for repairing paint defects. Your expertise in addressing issues such as scratches, chips, and dents will contribute to the overall quality of the Trane unit paint job. Your attention to detail and repair skills will help restore the units appearance to its original pristine condition.
- Safety Compliance: Your safety and the safety of your team members are of utmost importance. You will adhere to safety procedures and guidelines, ensuring a secure working environment. By following safety protocols, you will minimize risks and maintain a safe and healthy workplace for yourself and your colleagues.
- Collaboration: Collaboration is essential in our team-oriented environment. With auto painting, you will work closely with other team members, including auto body technicians. By collaborating effectively, you will ensure the timely completion of projects and contribute to a harmonious and productive work environment.
- Physical Demands: As Trane painter, you should have the physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, lifting heavy objects, and working in various positions. This role can be physically demanding, and your fitness will contribute to your overall effectiveness.
