Overview
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing and following up with the cleaning report for designated floors and reporting back any discrepancies to supervision. Additionally, the Maintenance Technician will inspect all hardware, equipment, cleanliness, etc. in both the ladies and men’s restrooms, pantries and alert supervision of any and all visible signs of leaks. The Maintenance Technician will straighten and organize copy pods on assigned floors, unpack boxes of copy paper and purge any unwanted items. The Maintenance Technician will also inspect and clear all freights on assigned floors and ensure the path to the “A” staircase is free from any obstructions.
Days and shifts will vary. Pay: $27.75 per hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
• At least one (1) year experience supporting mission critical environments
• Hands on electrical or mechanical skill, and competence in the area of non-expertise
• Operate and perform both routine and emergency service on a variety of state-of-the-art critical systems
• Knowledge and experience using basic computer applications
Responsibilities: - Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.
- Respond effectively to all emergencies.
- Prepare and submit to management summary reports listing conditions found in the performance of assigned work, and recommend and/or suggest action to be taken.
- Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping, safety of work areas and company vehicle. Recognize danger and safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them.
- Maintain compliance to State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes or Laws.
- Must be willing and able to support any afterhours building related activity as required.
- Attend periodic training seminars, as a group or solo with an on-line computer, on or off site.
- Safe guard all company and clients assets and electronic devices in your possession.
