As our Supervisor, People Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the team member experience from start to finish, leading programs that enhance engagement, operational excellence, and compliance across every stage of the their lifecycle.
You’ll guide a dynamic People Operations team, streamline people processes, and partner with leaders to ensure we deliver a consistent, people-first experience that reflects WithMe’s values and mission.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor the People Operations team to ensure programs are executed with consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Oversee or directly support People programs, including recruiting coordination, onboarding, benefits, performance management, and training, for both domestic and international personnel.
- Maintain data integrity across HR systems (ATS, HCM) and prepare reports on people metrics and compliance.
- Partner with hiring managers to refine workflows and improve candidate experiences.
- Support policy implementation, documentation, and communication across departments.
- Serve as a first point of contact for managers and team members on policies, procedures, and team member relations.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all applicable employment regulations.
- Provide responsive support and coordination across multiple U.S. time zones, ensuring timely communication and program coverage for distributed teams.
What You’ll Bring:
- A minimum of four (4) years of progressive HR or People Operations experience, including one (1) year in a supervisory role.
- Strong track record managing multiple HR functions (e.g., recruiting, onboarding, compliance, benefits, performance).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills with a balance of empathy and accountability.
- Experience with HR systems (ATS, HCM) and proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of employment law, HR compliance, and people best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
