CIB Innovation team, aligned within the CIB Chief Operating Office
, is seeking a
Lending Banking Innovation Lead to join the Innovation team. The Lending Banking Innovation Lead will drive the development and execution of the Lending Banking innovation strategy and roadmap, in collaboration with senior business and functional leaders in Banking and across CIB. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience within CIB Banking business(es) along with strong understanding of AI/GenAI market solutions.
In this role, you will:- Serve as trusted advisor and domain expert on behalf of Banking Lending business
- Collaborate with Banking, Innovation, functional and tech teams to ensure the LOB's strategic priorities and user needs are represented in CIB prioritization
- Work with AI Delivery teams, Fintech Product Managers and enterprise functions on roadmap and investment planning
- Partner and lead SMEs to support user design, testing and rollouts
- Serve as point of contact and subject matter expert for escalations on issues of varying complexity
- Design and implement AI solutions or improvements to current operational processes and procedures. Must have a growth mindset and be solution and efficiency oriented.

- Engage control, business and operational risk partners when needed to ensure appropriate subject matter knowledge is represented. Develop a wide network of business partners.
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Prior or existing Banking domain and AI implementation experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams on specific business strategies.
- Ability to create relationship breadth and depth, while navigating the regulatory, compliance and legal intricacies of working at a highly regulated organization.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Strong listening and communications skills with the ability to convey complex information and ideas simply and clearly.
- Strong understanding of current industry trends, constantly seeking new ideas to bring to thinking.
- Strong understanding of navigating a complex and large global banking organization.
- Demonstrated experience around inclusivity in leading and the ability to bring along all key stakeholders into the strategy to ensure the business is operating within our risk framework.
- High energy with a passion for innovation and developing strategic high-growth partnership models.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$119,000.00 - $224,000.00
