This role designs, develops, and configures Salesforce functionality to support grants management processes and deliver robust, maintainable solutions for both federal and commercial projects.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
- Proficiency in developing and configuring Salesforce functionalities, including automation, page layouts, and data flows.
- Collaborative approach to work with business analysts and testers.
- Develop and configure Salesforce features, including automation workflows, custom page layouts, and integration of complex data flows.
- Partner with business analysts and QA testers to deliver high-quality, maintainable application components supporting grants lifecycle workflows.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, data security, and operational standards tailored to federal and commercial environments.
- Document technical solutions and participate in system maintenance and enhancements.
