About this Position The Specialist Customer Service Support is a key position that is part of the Global Business Services (GBS) team. Its main responsibility is to ensure the correct and timely execution of administrative sales processes (Back Office), acting as the main internal point of contact for the business. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and excellent internal customer service to ensure fluidity in the sales order cycle (Order to Cash).
What you´ll do
- Responsible for CSS HCB activities ranging from: order release, credit note creation, pricing upload and invoice web portal management.
- Closely monitor incoming orders.
- Track Henkel's sales orders in a timely manner.
- Data management for reporting, good KPI management & compliance.
