Overview
The Project Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of parking facilities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role manages staff, monitors performance, and implements operational strategies to optimize revenue and service quality.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 annual salary (US Dollars)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program
401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight:
- Manage daily parking operations across multiple facilities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise parking attendants and supervisors.
- Schedule staff for appropriate coverage for daily operations and events.
- Supervise event activities for parking garages.
- Customer Service:
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive parking experience.
- Monitor service quality and implement enhancements.
- Financial Management:
- Oversee cash handling, revenue reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Technology & Systems:
- Ensure proper functioning of parking equipment and payment systems.
- Coordinate repairs and upgrades with vendors.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics.
- Recommend strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years in operations management, preferably in parking services or transportation.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and parking management software.
Additional Information
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. This position will work 2nd shift and weekends as needed for events.
- Occasional travel between facilities required, all located in the Downtown St. Louis area.
