Overview
The Facility Manager for Parking Services is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of parking facilities. This role ensures that all parking structures and related systems are functional, secure, and compliant with regulations, while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 annual salary (US Dollars)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program
401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Maintenance:
- Manage the upkeep of parking facilities, including lighting, signage, payment systems, and structural integrity.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and building systems.
- Vendor & Contract Management:
- Oversee contracts for cleaning, security, and maintenance services.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service agreements.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure facilities meet health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments; address hazards promptly.
- Budget & Financial Oversight:
- Assist with development and manage operating budgets for maintenance and repairs.
- Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Staff Supervision:
- Lead and coordinate maintenance and operations teams.
- Provide training and enforce safety protocols.
- Customer Experience:
- Maintain clean, safe, and accessible parking environments.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Project Management:
- Oversee renovations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects.
- Coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders for timely completion.
Qualifications
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years in facility management, maintenance, or operations; experience in parking services preferred.
Additional Information
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. This position will work 2nd shift and weekends as needed for events.
- Occasional travel between facilities required, all located in the Downtown St. Louis area.
