What does a successful Business Process Analyst do at Fiserv?
As a successful Business Process Analyst, you will act as the connection between the line-of-business and internal and external stakeholders to create and facilitate communications and solutions in the delivery of business process improvements.
What you will do:
- Evaluate, measure, design, develop and monitor information and solutions to ensure an organization's workflow is effective, efficient and capable of adapting to changing business demands
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and resolve complex process issues
- Design and conduct independent business process improvement tests
- Develop solutions based on customer requirements
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business and IT program and project management
- 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry
- Shown success in effectively driving delivery
- Working understanding of business financial practices and process analysis and reengineering
What would be great to have:
- Experience with benchmarking, change management or working with measurement process-driven system requirements
- Experience with championing and providing consulting recommendations to support system enhancements/improvements
