- 3+ Years of gathering and documenting business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
- 3+ years analyzing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- 3+ years collaborating with development teams to ensure that technical specifications meet business goals.
- Assist in designing and validating solutions, ensuring they align with industry standards.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate training sessions for end-users.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes impacting fintech.
- Gather requirements to complete the High-Level Estimate (HLE).
- Create all project tickets in JIRA (Development, QA, CAT, Deployments).
- Update process flows and customer experience documentation if needed.
- Use AI tools to automate and improve the BA processes
Experience that would be great to have:
- Coding experience in Java, JavaScript, or related
