Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Treasury Analyst within the
Treasury Transformation Office team, serving as the primary traded product data analyst and agile product owner. Treasury at Wells Fargo is a dynamic team responsible for managing the company's balance sheet, including capital, liquidity, funding, and interest rate risk management. Treasury ensures that Wells Fargo maintains sufficient capital and liquidity resources to support business growth, while also maintaining a financial cushion to protect against unforeseen economic or operational stresses. Treasury also provides regulators, senior leaders, and the Board of Directors with key information to support risk management, financial performance management, and strategic planning.
In this role, you will:- Provide expert data analysis and testing of traded product attribution and reporting inputs
- Lead and design new data flows into key regulatory reporting applications
- Guide technology agile teams on solution delivery
- Collaborate and consult with peers, data providers, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with Treasury executives on roadmaps, progress, and risks
- Partner with technology and business teams to modernize reporting workflows
- Exercise independent judgment while developing knowledge of data policies, procedures, and controls
- Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Apply strong logical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities, paired with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- 5+ years of SQL experience (data transformation, analytics, structured and unstructured data sets)
- 5+ years of traded products experience (derivatives, secured funding, and trading)
- 5+ years of deep data analysis experience
- 5+ years of technical solution design to business problems
- 2+ years of regulatory reporting experience
- Ability to build strong partnerships across internal teams and stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment, fostering alignment and driving consensus on data-driven strategies
- Aptitude to learn new technologies on the job (e.g., Dremio, Python, S3 data storage)
Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$139,000.00 - $217,000.00
