We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing relationships with clients, selling equipment, and identifying new business opportunities.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Manage assigned territory to maximize sales potential and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Utilize software tools to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and report on progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote products and expand professional connections.
Skills
- Strong background in sales management, with the ability to lead initiatives that drive revenue growth.
- Experience in business development, showcasing the ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.

- 1 year equipment sales experience preferred
Pay
- Salary commensurate with experience plus manufacturer sales incentives (spiffs)
- Rotating Saturdays from 7:30am to 11:30am required from April 1st to October 1st.
