Director, GOS Talent Acquisition
Job Description Summary
Reporting and partnering closely with the VP of Global TA, this role will lead the delivery of all recruitment across GOS globally. This role will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with our company’s goals and values. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IFM talent market and a proven track record of leading successful recruitment teams.
Responsibilities
Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for the IFM service lines and accounts
- Manage and mentor a global team of recruiters, providing leadership, guidance, and professional development opportunities
- Collaborate with business leaders to implement a strategy to identify and map top talent in the global market, particularly for key IFM hires in account Senior leadership roles
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions
- Drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process to enhance collaboration with local HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence
- Act as the primary point of contact for GOS service line and Amazon account senior leadership
- Through partnership with People Partners, ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across the globe
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in a high-performance, modernized and integrated talent acquisition function; 5+ years of being a people-leader preferred
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Experience leading a multi-faceted brokerage TA team strongly preferred, including market mapping, sourcing, etc.
- Strong understanding of the EMEA talent market and recruitment best practices
- Extensive experience with stakeholder engagement at the senior leadership level
- Excellent planning and project management skills; experience with large scale transformation preferred
- The ability to manage and prioritize multiple urgent deliverables; Experience in a matrixed leadership environment preferred
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Strong data acumen and attention to detail
- Large company experience strongly preferred; Fortune 500 company experience a plus
- Willingness to be on regular calls across global time zones and travel up to 10%

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 153,000.00 - $180,000.00
