THE WORK
- Serve as primary interface between PZL and the US domestic Operations team
- Lead day-to-day Operations reviews with PZL, Supply Chain, Program and Engineering
- Partner with US supply chain team to ensure all purchase material lead times support PZL production schedules
- Support Sikorsky back shops through communicating critical needs for manufactured material while ensuring line of balance supports all Black Hawk programs
- Work with PZL operations team to devise workaround plans that protect schedule commitments.
- Coordinate with production control to communicate current material need dates and verify that line of balance supports PZL and Owego production schedules
- Work with PZL and Sikorsky logistics teams to ensure necessary shipping containers are available and support weekly shipments (blades boxes, QCA containers, APU crates, etc.)
- Organize ESHIPPER activity when needed to support critical material needs at PZL
- Support Sikorsky and PZL finance teams with monthly material forecast updates with regard to all back shop deliverables
- Develop and maintain PZL Operations Plan based on staffing, capacity and critical part shortages
- Support future business activity related to PZL, S70i and GCMS production through providing build schedules, manufacturing sourcing strategies, and Operations estimates
- Support Business Development/Proposal team with Lead Time Analysis for PBOM provided from engineering using Kinaxis
- Represent Operations in support of all Enterprise Performance activity (RBA, BR, PAR, INAR)
- Partner with Digital Transformation team to continue refining and creating new tools to aid in material and production management and efficiency
- Provide support make/buy analysis and MYXI insourcing activities at PZL
- Aid the restart of S-92A Production line at Owego NY
- Prepare and brief senior‑leadership presentations
- Provide status updates and earned‑value reporting as Operations CAM
- Continuously develop and apply leadership skills
WHO YOU ARE
- The Program Operations Staff Representative will be the catalyst for operational excellence across the S 70 International, Global Commercial Military Systems (GCMS), and PZL programs.
- The role centers on driving efficiency, reducing costs, and elevating overall program performance.
- The incumbent will oversee day to day program operations, own control account management, and partner with supply chain to ensure timely aircraft deliveries.
- This role will serve as the primary interface between PZL Operations and US domestic.
- Acting as the primary liaison between PZL Operations and U.S. domestic LM lines of business, the representative must excel in communication and coordination to achieve seamless collaboration and alignment across international and domestic teams.
- Additional responsibilities include supporting back shop execution at both PZL and U.S. sites, and managing resource, capacity, and allocation decisions across multiple programs.
- Critically, this position will also lead the high visibility restart of the S 92A aircraft build in Owego, NY.

Basic Qualifications:• Experience working in one or more of the following functions: Engineering, Operations, Finance, Programs, Quality, Production Control or Supply Chain
• 5+ years of experience with a bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with supplier management, including supplier development, quality management, and contract management
• Experience with capture management and business development
• Knowledge of international business practices, including export control regulations
Desired Skills:• Outstanding organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent internal communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience with Sikorsky PZL Operations
• Strong understanding of back‑shop build processes
• Knowledge of final assembly and hangar operations
• Prior experience as a Control Account Manager
• Advanced SAP/SMCC and digital transformation experience
• Knowledge of international business practices, including export control regulations
• Continuous‑Improvement training/experience (e.g., Six‑Sigma certification)

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
